I really enjoyed last weekend. Open Studios is a great opportunity to connect with people about why artists do what they do. It is a lot of work to prepare and set up, but it is rewarding!
The Boston art scene has changed so much over the years. Open Studios has always been an important fall event. I saw many familiar faces and lots of new people as well. Everyone I met was happy to come in, look around and ask questions.
One thing that never changes is that we all need to experience art, art making and the creative community. It is a rich and dynamic part of our world.
